 London does have a much more prominent building pretending to be a Texan overseas mission, a tiny sign on Pickering Place marks the place of a real Texas Legation.


The sign marks the site of the base from which representatives of an independent Republic of Texas liaised with the British Government from 1842 until the state joined the United States on 28th December 1845.

On the “Road of life” getting out of and staying out of the ruts is a major acomplishment!…Lalepop’

Bridgin' the gap.

 A man, walking along a California beach was deep in prayer. All of a sudden he said out loud, "Lord, grant me one wish." Suddenly the sky clouded above his head and in a booming voice the Lord said, "Because you have tried to be faithful to me in all ways, I will grant you one wish."

The man said, "Build a bridge to Hawaii so I can drive over anytime I want." The Lord said, "Your request is very materialistic. Think of  the  enormous challenges for that kind of undertaking. The supports required to reach the bottom of the Pacific! The concrete and steel it would take! I can do it, but it is hard for me to justify your desire for worldly things. Take a little more time and think of another wish, a wish you think would honor and glorify me."

The man thought about it for a long time. Finally he said,"Lord, I wish  that I could understand women. I want to know how they feel inside,  what they are thinking when they give me the silent treatment, why they cry. what they mean when they say 'nothing', and how I can make a woman  truly happy."
 
The Lord replied, "Do you want lights on that bridge?"

Ya Know?

Using the present.

 The box itself is not the present but rather the boxes contents.

The contents think like the wind,  blow circular, transparent and open to interpretation and not in the straight lines that the box epitomizes.

In short, forget limits, corners or points.

Now allow universal deliverance
to happen with a unique design
that only appears for mind to fill  the time and open the portals of possibility.
When u are finished using ur present, put it on the shelf and go back to ur corners and points that one only finds in the world, if need be….Lalepop’

"Turtle Too"

Still working on my "gone to paint vehicle". Ever hear of a lower left cotrol arm? Me neither but I had to replace one . I was quoted $888.32 to have it replaced but bought one and put it in for $100.00. Now, at least the wheel won't fall off...yet:-)

I decided to call her "Turtle Too". I'll post some pics of her so u can see some of my changes to her theme...Pop'
