The Constitution provides for people to keep and bear arms. Just ban ammunition maybe. Never have understood the fascination with weapons myself. Many years ago, in order to own a .22 rifle as a teenager, my brother had to take a safety course, the primary emphasis of which was the safe handling and firing of the weapon. How did we ever get so far from that to all of the concealed carry laws and stand your ground stuff? I dunno.
